I'm not a Mac guy at all, I just know a few people who have worked with it, and don't know anybody who has worked with Access. I want a button that can carry forward anything in the family history/medical history/medication list from the previous exam as well as last refraction and/or Rx as well as most recent CL's. I basically want a version of my own current exam form with check boxes and buttons that automatically check everything normal so I can change the abnormals. I don't need a complex set of screens to enter current meds and meds Rx'd by me.
I don't need 5,417 screens of info just to document why a patient is coming in. I don't necessarily want something elegant, but rather something quick and functional.
